Our ticket system will provide answer to your problem in short time. All tickets from Monday to Friday can be answered in 12 hours. For tickets you upload on holidays will be answered in next working day. Repeated problem ticket of the same order will delay efficiency to answer your question. Please select correct question subject:

- Defective / broken -- items received but it was broken.
- Items missing -- from the order.
- Wrong items -- received.
- Hongkong EMS/DHL Express / Registered Airmail -- shipping question & issues.
- Package not received -- 20 business days after shipment.
- Cancel Order. -- Only for unshiped.
- Order Status -- check the status of order(s).
