Philosophy... Our commitment is to meet the needs of our families with respect, integrity and professionalism and through our practitioner’s skills and abilities, address the physical, mental, cognitive and emotional issues facing the individual, family and/or caregiver.

Purpose... Our primary goal is to help the individual remain functional, safe and healthy in the home and community to the best of his or her physical and cognitive ability. We provide recommendations, resources and support to the caregiver for longterm, sustainable and balanced caregiving.
Our Golden Rule... Every day, we will help the family achieve the best possible quality of life. We Ignite Hope and embrace the needs of everyone involved. We help the family "Prepare to Care" by providing services and resources to achieve sustainable caregiving and enable balance in daily living and caregiving.

Best practice... our pledge is that all RBACC practitioners have state-of-the-art training and skilled health-related competencies to assure individuals and families get the best practices and services available. Research-based standardized testing will be utilized when applicable.

Assistance... We assist the caregiver and the individual in meeting the challenges of day to day living.We recommend services and resources that can optimize potential of the individual and ease the demands and challenges on caregivers.

Community... encouraging the caregiver and individual to remain active in and outside the home, maintain their daily routine and hobbies, and utilize available resources like adult day care and other community services.
